MARCHEWKA MOBILNA is a digital marketplace for local food operating in Kraków, Poland. Through the digital platform APPETIT consumers connect directly with local farmers and food producers through one marketplace: one basket, one payment and multiple producers. For consumers, this means convenient access to trusted local food that is often difficult to find through conventional retail. For producers, Marchewka provides direct market access while enabling them to share the costs of logistics, marketing and digital infrastructure.
Why Marchewka matters
In Kraków, across Poland and throughout Europe, consumers increasingly want fresh food, known origin and greater transparency. Yet buying directly from local producers remains surprisingly difficult. Producers exist. Demand exists. Efficient market access often does not. MARCHEWKA MOBILNA addresses this market-access gap through shared digital infrastructure, logistics and marketing.

Why we are raising PLN 400,000 [∼91,400 EUR]
Since launching the current model in Kraków, Marchewka Mobilna has been testing how producers can collaborate through shared digital, logistics and marketing infrastructure. Series A investors helped finance this validation stage. Series B will finance the next stage: growth and scaling in Kraków.

Kraków is our starting point. Marchewka Mobilna is testing in what ways digital infrastructure, shared services and producer collaboration can create an economically sustainable local food market that can be adapted elsewhere. The knowledge, tools and partnerships developed here may ultimately be relevant to other regions of Poland and, in time, to rural development and reconstruction efforts in Ukraine.
For international bondholders, this offers an opportunity to follow the development of a real-world model combining local food production, direct market access, collaborative logistics and digital infrastructure, alongside the financial return offered by the Series B bonds.
